Management Studies

Welcome to the Master of Management Studies at DSIMS. MMS at DSIMS is a dynamic, comprehensive, and industry-oriented program that emphasizes building future-ready, socially responsible business leaders. The program is meticulously designed to offer a stimulating learning environment, encouraging students to hone their managerial and leadership capabilities across key areas critical to today’s corporate landscape.

The Master of Management Studies (MMS) is a flagship program of DSIMS started in 2010. It is a two- year full time management program affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and DTE (Directorate of Technical Education).

The course curriculum for MMS has been structured by University of Mumbai. It comprises of four semesters spread over two years. The first and second semester are common for all students, the students can choose any one out of the four customized specializations offered from third semester onwards.

We at DSIMS offers four functional specializations namely:

  • Finance
  • Human Resource Management
  • Marketing
  • Operations

The pedagogy includes Class room learning, Case study analysis, Simulations, Beyond Classroom Initiatives, leading to development of DSIMS Management graduates as humble yet progressive managers.
